The vice-chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Nikolay Tomenko considers that "it is better to live in the country without the coalition, but with working parliament".
About it reported in a press - Tomenko's service.
In his opinion, now it should be taken into account two real options: the parliament formally works further without the coalition and agrees daily (that is there is a so-called situational coalition) or the next early parliamentary elections appear. "Comparing such options, I consider that early elections are a crash of any stability: investment, socially - economic, stability in preparation for Euro-2012 and so on", - are considered by the vice-chairman of BP.
He reported that, according to sociological researches, early parliamentary elections support only about 10% of citizens. Therefore, in his opinion, the appearance on elections will be extremely small, and it means that the majority of the "thinking" population won't come to elections. People of a retirement age and party activists will come to vote to sites mainly. "And it will lead to situation repetition with the Kiev elections in scales of all country", - Tomenko noted.
Also he called politicians before declaring the next elections, to resolve those issues which lead to a disorder in the country and to irresponsibility and the conflict of all structures of the power in parliament. "After all elections are the tool of the formal solution of the conflict, but they don't resolve the conflict. It is necessary to make corresponding changes to the Constitution of Ukraine, to the relevant legislation, dividing powers of authorities, optimizing electoral laws, strengthening local government and so forth. Therefore it is better for each other not to frighten of early elections, and to be prepared for elections by the corresponding legislative changes", - considers Tomenko.
"People want the stability, the responsible power and effective work of authorities.I hope that in 30 days which are taken away on creation in parliament of the new coalition, different political forces and, in particular, the President, will find the optimum solution for the solution of the conflict in the country, and not the reverse, for its point and situation finishing to the point of absurdity", - Tomenko told.
