Yesterday parliamentary fractions started carrying out official consultations concerning creation of the new coalition. In the first day of negotiation process it became clear that consultations are conducted with deputy group "National Self-defense" which can't be the independent participant of the coalition.
Information on the beginning of negotiations on coalition creation in a new format was confirmed officially yesterday by the first deputy head of BYuT fraction Andrey Kozhemyakin. "We began consultations with Party of Regions, Blok Litvin and some members of "Our Ukraine — National Self-defense" fraction. First of all, it is a question of "National self-defense", - Kozhemyakin declared.
According to him, a subject of negotiations with partners are "the state positions and economy questions". "Chairs and positions aren't discussed. And the positive wing of the party of regions (PR) which is headed by Victor Yanukovych, perceives our principles", - the Businessman - Ukraine" Kozhemyakin told ".
The first deputy head of PR fraction Alexander Efremov told that the structure of negotiation group from this political force officially wasn't approved. "Negotiations are conducted in different formats - the concrete list of negotiators isn't present. In any I participate, in any - Andrey Klyuev, Boris Kolesnikov (both are deputy heads of fraction. - ) and our leader Victor Yanukovych", - he reported to an edition Kommersant.
The negotiation group created by BYuT, too is insignificant. According to Kommersant, the head of fraction Ivan Kirilenko, his first deputies Andrey Kozhemyakin and Andrey Portnov, and also the first vice-the prime minister Oleksandr Turchynov entered it.
