The People's Deputy from NUNS Anatoly Gritsenko declares that the President of Ukraine has the right to dismiss the Verkhovna Rada already on October 3. It as the correspondent of "Editor-in-chief" reports, he declared in a parliament lobby in interview to journalists.

"There are no neodnoznachnost, on October 3 the President has the absolute constitutional right to dismiss parliament. And I am sure that it will make it if for the next week the Verkhovna Rada isn't defined", - Gritsenko told.

According to him, the Constitution of Ukraine defines accurately that bases of work of the coalition are defined by the Constitution and BP Regulations. Gritsenko reminded that the Regulations in parliament aren't present what I declared the Constitutional court. According to him, the standard of temporary regulations where it is written down about 10 days which are given on coalition restoration, doesn't work.

Gritsenko noted that in this regard or today, or already tomorrow will be проголосованы changes in the planned schedule. "And the next week for hundred percent will be plenary in order that deputies had opportunity to communicate and make the decision - or it is the new wide coalition, or elections", - Gritsenko told.
