Political crisis in Ukraine braked negotiations with Russia on supply of natural gas to Ukraine. Yulia Timoshenko declared it today on joint a press - conferences with the prime minister - the minister of Poland Donald Tusk.
"Providing with natural gas of Ukraine always went very close to policy. It for anybody not a secret. Certainly, when now such uncertain situation in parliament, isn't defined a situation with the coalition, now all negotiations were a little bit slowed down", - Yulia Timoshenko told.
At the same time, the prime minister - the minister of Ukraine is convinced that negotiations with Russia on providing Ukraine with natural gas will take place harmoniously, structurally, taking into account interests of Russia and Ukraine that will allow to come for signing of the early contract, transfers the UNIAN.
Yulia Timoshenko emphasized that in such difficult political situation the government among all institutes of the government remains the stability center. "We will keep a strategic course on the European integration", - she noted.
Answering a question of possible terms of signing of the contract on delivery in 2009 of natural gas to Ukraine, Yulia Timoshenko told: We "work".
