The Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Yury LUTSENKO declared today at a briefing to journalists that doesn't consider itself by "a quota of the President".
As the correspondent of the UNIAN reports, he told: "I don't consider myself by a quota of the President. I consider that the President at that moment (at appointment of the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs - the UNIAN), having consulted with parties which created the coalition, brought the correct candidate to a position of the Minister of Internal Affairs".
Yu.LUTsENKO noted that its candidate was проголосована in parliament and it is employed by parliament.
"I see no reason to follow bad adventurous idea of mister of BALOGI to disorganize this government. Despite any formalities during my appointment, my chief employer is the voter, and the decision on it was made by parliament. I will execute (the functions of the Minister of Internal Affairs - the UNIAN) while there will be a government", - told Yu.LUTsENKO.
He added that if the head of the Secretariat of the President Victor BALOGE "will manage to destroy the government", he will retire "together with other colleagues", but up to this point isn't going "to leave the chair".
