The deputy of the Verkhovna Rada, the first deputy chairman of fraction of Party of Regions, the chairman of parliamentary committee on regulations questions Alexander Efremov counts up almost impossible the approval by Rada of the state budget for 2009 to holding snap parliamentary elections on December 7.

He told about it to journalists.

"It is almost impossible because, as a rule, the parliament adopts the budget the coalition majority, the coalition majority prepares the budget and bears responsibility for its acceptance", - he told.

Thus Efremov expressed concern about that, probably, the state will begin 2009 without budget.

Also the deputy noted that during election campaign deputies don't hand over the mandates, and will continue work on polling stations.

Thus he emphasized that in case of need parliamentarians can gather in a sessional hall and make necessary decisions.

The cabinet suggested Rada to approve on September 15 the state budget for 2009 with the income of 288,1 billion hryvnias, expenses - 302,2 billion hryvnias, limit deficiency - 17,4 млр. hryvnias or 1,37% of gross domestic product.
