The ex-the president Leonid Kuchma considers that without full work of parliament it is impossible to prevent large-scale crisis in the Ukrainian economy and to help negative consequences of a world economic crisis.

Kuchma told about it during meeting of "The Ukrainian forum" on Friday.

"It (measures for minimization of negative consequences of a world economic crisis) can't be accepted everything without working parliament", - he told.

"Then I as at the president had it the right to issue decrees which were lawful before consideration by parliament. And I assumed overall responsibility", - he added.

Thus Kuchma noted that today the majority of the population doesn't support holding early parliamentary elections.

"But anybody anything else, besides didn't offer", - he noted.

Reflecting over the situation which has developed in the Ukrainian policy, Kuchma joked:

"I think, the only thing that it is possible to make is to choose, as the Pope. To close in the room Yulia Vladimirovicha... Vladimirovna and president. And while the white smoke from there won't go - who in the house the owner - not to open and not to let out them. But while the black smoke goes from all directions".
