The president Victor Yushchenko declares need of a stable hryvnia exchange rate.
He declared it in interview to foreign radio stations - "Air Force", "Freedom", "Deutsche Welle", "Radio Frans", reports a press - service of the president.
"We have to understand everything - stable hryvnia, its stable course is one of integral parts of service of our corporate debt subjects managing in particular. Any economy won't serve external obligations if the course loses the stability", - he declared.
"Nobody a course will be amused. We only should translate the exchange rate formation mechanism mechanism to those parameters, tools which would be clear to people, - that we have a price for hryvnia one, instead of two or three", - Yushchenko told.
It reminded that by estimates of the international experts, for world economy 2009 will be year of recession and overcoming of consequences of financial crisis.
"Therefore when we speak about planning of 2009 in Ukraine, it has to be rigid, accurate, clear", - he told.
"We shouldn't be amused any social or any other populism - we have to live on means, rationally, each kopek has to be spent much more more elaborately. It is the main conclusion which should be made from this that now occurs in walls and the government, and National Bank. As the president I in every possible way induce one and the second institutes to that we learned to speak one voice", - Yushchenko emphasized.
