On "the small homeland" heads of the Nikolaev regional council there was a warm bathroom

Opening kindergartens which were closed for carrying out capital repairs became on October 23 the real holiday for inhabitants of villages the Low-Ukrainian and Velikoserbulovka of the Elanetsky region of the Nikolaev area.

In the low-Ukrainian kindergarten for means of a subvention regional (160 thousand UAH) and local (10 thousand UAH) budgets carried out room reconstruction. In particular, repaired a roof and replaced door panels, and also installed gas in premises of kindergarten. For means of patrons updated an internal interior of a kindergarten, it is reported on a site Nikolaev YEAH.

And in Velikoserbulovke's village for means of the rural budget (about 100 thousand UAH) capital repairs of the room of the former school boarding school were carried out. The kindergarten was transferred to the repaired room also.

In the specified room made replacement of windows and double-glazed windows, reconstructed system of heating and equipped an internal bathroom. Also carried out repair of internal walls and a floor. Kitchen equipped with electric stoves and the refrigerator.

On a ceremonial opening there arrived the head of the Nikolaev regional state administration Alexey Garkusha and the head of department of science and education of the regional state administration Valery Melnichenko, and also representatives of the regional power.

The governor congratulated all present and presented to each kindergarten gifts.

We will remind that the head of the Nikolaev regional council Tatyana Demchenko is the native of the Elanetsky area. And it is remarkable that now in kindergartens of this region there are warm internal toilets. After all it is difficult to imagine that before little pupils of a preschool institution had to celebrate natural need in a cold rest room on the street in the winter.
