"The energy company of Ukraine" suggested Ministry of Fuel and Energy to consider possibility of withdrawal from an authorized capital of the company of equity stakes and the corporate rights for management of five state combined heat and power plants for their transfer to NAK Naftogaz Ukrainy management. About it today during board in Ministry of Fuel and Energy reported vice-the president of NAK "EKU" Sergey Serdyuk.
In particular, he specified that it is a question of transfer to "Dneprodzerzhinsk combined heat and power plant", "the Kharkov combined heat and power plant-5", "the Odessa combined heat and power plant", "the Nikolaev combined heat and power plant" and "the Kherson combined heat and power plant". The corresponding point was brought today in the draft decision of board of Ministry of Fuel and Energy.
However, according to the deputy minister of fuel and power Vladimir Luchnikov, this question demands further studying. At the same time Archers marked out that this question "will be seriously considered".
He emphasized that in the conditions of unstable work of the Verkhovna Rada today there is no other exit for financial improvement of the specified combined heat and power plants, in particular, by transfer them in municipal property.
"Unfortunately, at us doesn't remain any other exit, except how to try through FGI to transfer these enterprises to management (NAK Naftogaz Ukrainy - the Edition)", - I told Archers.
