The committee of voters of Ukraine predicts that the president Victor Yushchenko will sign the decree about holding snap parliamentary elections in December.
"Our forecast - early elections will be with very high probability", - Popov on a press - conferences on Wednesday declared, reports "Interfax - Ukraine".
At the same time, in his opinion, within the next month "there will be a discussion concerning the one who is guilty in crisis".
"In the closest month of the decree won't be and if is, it is possible where - that in December", - the chairman of the board of KIU of Priests noted.
As it was reported, on October 9, 2008 the president of Ukraine Yushchenko signed the decree with which stopped powers of the Verkhovna Rada 6-го convocation and appointed snap elections to December 7.
After Yushchenko suspended this decree in order that the parliament adopted anti-recessionary laws and changes in the state budget on financing of re-elections. Having adopted the anti-recessionary law, the parliament of Ukraine refused to vote for holding snap elections.
