The president of Ukraine Victor Yushchenko appointed the Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Ukraine in the Russian Federation Konstantin Grishchenko the Special representative of Ukraine on development of the relations with the Russian Federation.
About it journalists at a briefing in the Secretariat of the President were reported by the secretary of the National Security and Defense Council Raisa Bogatyreva, referring to the relevant decree of the President.
Making comments on this decree, K.Grishchenko at the same briefing noted that today not everything is all right in Ukrainian - the Russian relations, and first of all "not everything is all right in a tonality of our relations".
At the same time, according to the ambassador if, especially in the conditions of crisis, Ukraine and Russia take together necessary measures, it will give the chance to both countries to leave it with the smallest losses.
K.GRIShchENKO also added that both countries should work much over efficiency new created Ukrainian - the Russian interdepartmental group. Separately he noted that the Ukrainian government bodies have to act with the uniform line so that "we worked for the decision, instead of for an aggravation" all questions.
