From December 8 to December 12, 2008 in NGGU of a name of Pyotr Mogila there was with the next visit ordinary professor of a palaeethnology of chair of antique history and the Middle East of university of KA Foskari (Venice) Paolo Biagii.
It already third visit of professor of the Italian university to NGGU of a name of Pyotr Mogila. A year ago in December Paolo Biagii visited university and initiated drawing up the cooperation agreement in the field of education, sciences and cultures of university of KA of Foskari (Venice) and NGGU of Pyotr Mogila. Within the signed agreement professor Paolo Biagii together with professor of chair of history NGGU of Pyotr Mogila academician V. N. Stanko prepared Ukrainian - the Italian scientific project "Radio Carbohydrate Chronology of Settlements of Northern Black Sea Coast and the Crimea in a Final Pleistocene and the Early Holocene". However in February, 2008 the known academician V. N. Stanko died, having left incomplete both scientific Ukrainian - the Italian project, and matter of further studying of a known archaeological instruction of the Stone Age in page of Anetovk of the Domanevsky region of the Nikolaev area which he investigated for 25 years.
In a context of implementation of the scientific project of cooperation between university of KA of Foskari and NGGU of Pyotr Mogila professor P. Biadzhi in April of this year visited university, having discussed participation of the Italian party in "Scientific readings on history and archeology in honor of the academician V. N. Stanko" which will take place on February 19-21, 2009 in NGGU of Pyotr Mogila. Besides, the prof. P. Biadzhi gave lecture for students and teachers of faculty of political sciences of NGGU of Pyotr Mogila about the archaeological researches in the Middle East.
During the last visit of professor P. Biadzhi the cycle of educational lectures on archeology of the period of a paleolith for students of the first and second courses of specialty 6.020302 - bachelors of history was read at university. And also during stay of professor in NGGU of Pyotr Mogila the vice rector for scientific work the doctor of pedagogical sciences professor A.P. Meshchaninov discussed with mister Biadzhi of action of NGGU of Pyotr Mogila on perpetuating of memory of the talented scientist - the academician V. N. Stanko.By the head of the department of history professor Yu.V. Kotlyar and the dean of faculty of political sciences associate professor N. V. Shevchenko were coordinated the program "Stankovsky readings" (2009) and the booklet text "An archaeological complex in the village of Anetovk of the Domanevsky region of the Nikolaev area", displaying results of long-term work of the Black Sea expedition of Institute of archeology of NANU under the leadership of the academician V. N. Stanko. The Italian colleague informed on results of archeological excavations of 2008 in the village of Anetovk which were carried out by forces of students - historians of NGGU of Pyotr Mogila under the leadership of V. N. Stanko's pupils - the research associate from the Odessa national university of I.I. Mechnikov of the candidate of historical sciences I.V. Pistruil and the graduate student D. V. Kiosak.
Also during visit P. Biadzhi's consultations with students and graduate students of NGGU of Pyotr Mogila who wished to take part in the program of an exchange of students and graduate students within the concluded agreement with university of KA of Foskari (Venice) took place. And it is display of the principles of the Big Charter of universities which was signed by the rector of NGGU of Pyotr Mogila L.P. Klimenkom on September 18 this year in Bologna - the agreement which will render assistance of the best mobility of students and teachers, to faster introduction of Bologna Process within entry of Ukraine into EU, to the international exchange and finding of scientific and educational experience.
Paolo Biagii - the doctor of arts (1972, Milan university), the doctor of philosophy in the field of archeology of initial society (1981, the London university). From 1981 to 1988 - the research associate of Institute of archeology of the Genoa university. Since February, 1988 - professor of a palaeethnology of university of KA Foskari (Venice). Directs master and postgraduate programs. I took part in field archaeological researches in Northern Italy, Sardinia, Slovakia, England, Kuwait, Oman and Pakistan.
The member of the Italian Archaeological expedition in the Sultanate of Oman from 1982 to 1990, from 1990 to 1991 - the director of the mentioned expedition. Since 1993 - the head of the Italian Archaeological Mission in Pakistan, since 2004 - the head of the Italian Archaeological Mission in Banat and Transylvania (Romania). Abdoul Latifu for 15 - summer archaeological researches in Rokhri Hilz is awarded by a gold medal of university of the Shah.
