The president Victor Yushchenko let know NUNS fractions that won't dismiss the Verkhovna Rada.

The deputy from NUNS Ksenia Lyapina told about it.

"Yesterday at a meeting with fraction the president gave a signal that won't dismiss parliament", - she told.

"The president explained that since July he loses this opportunity, and till July the economic crisis when will have no time for parliamentary elections" will be developed, - Lyapina told.

It reminded that for half a year to presidential election it loses the right to declare early parliamentary elections.

"That is to declare elections in the first half of year there is no sense, and to declare in the second half of year - there is no opportunity", - Lyapina told.

Making comments on words of the head of the secretariat president Victor Balogi that Yushchenko won't sign the budget without point on financing of early elections, Lyapina told:

"I in general have such impression that Baloga did everything that the coalition of three took place".

That is, according to her, on pain of early elections and future loss of mandates some nasheukrainets signed the agreement on the coalition.
