Today at session of city council the end is put to one of the most long "construction" conflicts of Nikolaev - round house construction plans in the yard on Faleevskaya St., 91. The conflict lasts about three years - during this time inhabitants passed tens court sessions, hundreds official offices proceeded, received conclusions of various expert organizations, carried out public hearings etc. It seemed to all that finally this issue was resolved on November 28 this year when the Central district court of Nikolaev passed the decision on recognition invalid lease contracts with firm - the builder - JSC Pivdenyinvestbud. Nevertheless, the question of rent extension was brought again in the agenda of session of city council.
When the turn reached question consideration across Faleevskaya, as the first the deputy Galina Yaroshenko acted. She told deputies and about the carried-out public hearings, and about the attempts already repeatedly made earlier to prolong this contract and, the most important, - about a judgment. Galina Nikolaevna spoke in support of inhabitants and suggested a question to transfer. Then the floor was taken by Alexander Zholobetsky who suggested not to transfer consideration of this question, and to refuse rent extension already now. The final end to this question was put by the mayor Chaika.
- The question across Faleevskaya, 91 all is well-known, - Vladimir Dmitriyevich told. - There long ago everything is already clear. Not to come back any more to this question I suggest rent not to prolong.
And right there I put the question to the vote. The majority of deputies voted for refusing to JSC Pivdenyinvestbud lease contract extension.
By consideration of a question of construction on a playground place till March 8, 51 main violins the deputy Alexander Zholobetsky played. It met inhabitants and promised them to help. Zholobetsky suggested to suspend any construction works and to find the solution satisfying inhabitants. He was supported by the majority of a depuy corps - 53 people's deputies pro voted.
Thus, all requirements with which by the beginning of session there were activists of "Our city", were satisfied.
