The other day the Ukrainian Hydrometeorological center promised to inhabitants of Ukraine soon far not hot days. At once it became clear that the winter came. So, even in our southern region about 20 degrees of a frost, and in the east at all to a minus 30 are expected at night.

In these conditions of the message on the termination by Russia of supply of gas Ukraine of optimism isn't given. To the most power-intensive enterprises of Ukraine already suggested to reduce volumes of consumption of gas, but whether it will help?

To find out, whether it will be warm in severe frosts in apartments of Nikolaev, we solved at the mayor Vladimir Chaika.

The mayor declared that is now done everything possible to minimize consequences of the gas crisis which has fallen upon the country in Nikolaev. In particular he noted that in connection with coming nearer cold weather is done everything possible that warmly in houses and other municipal establishments it wasn't disconnected.

According to the mayor, today from the city authorities demand full payment for consumed gas. Thus he noted that the city paid for natural gas on before - 104% for January are already paid.

- Many enterprises can't pass to alternative types of fuel. For example, if to take "Nikolayevoblteploenergo", fuel oil for heating of the city will suffice only for one days. Therefore we try to make everything that medical institutions, kindergartens, schools and houses of residents weren't disconnected from heat giving, - Vladimir Chaika assured of a telephone mode to the correspondent of "N News".

Thus Vladimir Dmitriyevich noted that the created situation with gas payment on before isn't normal as it is necessary to pay for already received services. And in this case it turns out that at first it is necessary to pay, and then, maybe, service will be received.
