Gross domestic product of Ukraine for 2008 grew already by 2 percent

In 2008 the real gross product grew by 2,1% in comparison with 2007.

I reported the State committee of statistics about it.

Goskomstat didn't provide other information.

As it was reported, according to the specified data of Goskomstat in 2007 the real gross internal product grew by 7,6% in comparison with 2006 to 712 945 million hryvnias.

In 2006 of gross domestic product I grew by 7,3%.

The cabinet approved the main macroeconomic indicators of development of Ukraine for 2008, including GDP growth of 6,8%, inflation of 9,6% and industrial production growth - 7,8%.

However in the resolution 602 of July 5 the Cabinet of Ministers revised the forecast of nominal gross domestic product from 921,2 billion hryvnias to 956,8 billion hryvnias, the forecast of a rise in prices of producers of an industrial output - from 19,2% to 24,6%.
