The head of the Nikolaev city secretariat of the Uniform Center Vitaly Yavorsky headed the working group which is engaged in preparation of actions for implementation of the Law of Ukraine "About ensuring realization of the housing rights of inhabitants of hostels", reports a press - service Nikolaev regional "the Uniform Center".
On implementation of the Decree of the President of Ukraine V. Yushchenko "About actions for ensuring the housing rights of inhabitants of hostels" and requirements of the Law of Ukraine "About ensuring realization of the housing rights of inhabitants of hostels" the order of the Nikolaev mayor Vladimir Chaika created the working group on preparation of the actions connected with implementation of requirements of these normative documents.
Task of the working group is definition of quantitative structure of hostels which meet the requirements of the Law, and creations of transparent and more simplified procedures of registration of housing in a private property.
For information we provide a main objective to the Law of Ukraine "About ensuring realization of the housing rights of inhabitants of hostels":
"The coverage of this Law extends on citizens who on the lawful bases a long time (not less than five years) are registered and actually live in the hostels intended for accommodation of lonely citizens or for accommodation of families, and have no other own housing.
The coverage of this Law extends on hostels which are objects of the right of the state or municipal ownership. Also on hostels which are under full economic authority or under operational management of the enterprises, establishments, the organizations for management of housing stock, irrespective of form of ownership, except hostels which are on balance of military units, institutions, establishments and the organizations of Armed forces of Ukraine and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.
This Law doesn't extend on hostels which on the lawful bases are in a private property, including that are transferred to territorial societies to continuous or temporary use".
