The Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Yury LUTSENKO declares that for this time of the Ministry of Internal Affairs has no official information on the announcement Russia in search of the Ukrainian businessman Dmitry FIRTASH.
As the correspondent of the UNIAN reports, the minister declared it today on a press - conferences in Odessa, answering questions of journalists.
According to him, past week such information "walked" in separate mass media.
"But I have no official information because as you understand, the announcement someone in the international search occurs through interaction of the Prosecutor General's Offices of the Russian Federation and Ukraine. Only they have the right to carry out idea of legal aid, and the mechanism, including through Interpol statement in the international search (person)" will operate further, - he told.
At this Yu.LUTsENKO I assured that in case the Ministry of Internal Affairs in an official order will receive such representation, "that the militia will fulfill the duty - will detain mister of FIRTAShA".
"For me there will be no political administrative or other cautions in this question, I can assure you, and (Ministry of Internal Affairs) will transfer it to hands of the State Office of Public Prosecutor of Ukraine which is authorized on extradition procedure".
At the same time, continuing a subject, Yu.LUTsENKO once again emphasized: "If the Russian Federation carries out everything procedures are necessary, and we will receive the letter - we will undertake all necessary prompt actions entering competences of the Ministry of Internal Affairs".
