Problems with liquidity and solvency at the Ukrainian banks will increase. I declared it today on a press - conferences the president of Association of the Ukrainian banks Alexander Sugonyako, the correspondent of RBC - Ukraine reports. A.Sugonyako also noted that the subject of nationalization of separate banks will be also actual. "It becomes clear to look at the volume of the currency credits in banks also enough that quality of credit portfolios will be will worsen" further, - he told.

The president of AUB noted that in 2008 the quantity of the problem credits of the Ukrainian banks increased by 2,8 times while the quantity of the credits increased by 1,3 times, in 2007 the quantity of the problem credits increased by 1,7 times. "While this rather small amount, 4-5% of total of the credits, by data for January 1, 2009", - A.Sugonyako noted.
