The temporary commission of inquiry of the Verkhovna Rada on investigation of circumstances of possible violation of laws and the Constitution officials of the Kiev city council and the Kiev city public administration asks the general prosecutor Alexander Medvedko to find out causes of failure from the authorities of Kiev to promote commission work.
About it it is told in the message a press - services of the deputy of Rada, the chairman of the commission Nikolay Tomenko.
"Considering that for June 17 of the copy of any of required documents didn't arrive, at the commission doesn't remain other exit how to address to Medvedko with the message on a crime in connection with a divergence from officials of the Kiev power", - Tomenko noted.
Tomenko hopes that bodies of prosecutor's office will quickly react to this inquiry, will make the adequate decision and will promote commission work.
As it was reported, before Tomenko accused the Kiev city public administration of creation of obstacles to commission work.
On March 7 Rada created temporary commission of inquiry for investigation of circumstances of possible violation of laws and the Constitution officials of Kiyevsovet and Kiev municipal administration.
