In Moscow consider inexpedient transfer to the International Court of Justice of the UN Ukrainian - the Russian questions concerning delimitation in the Azov and Black seas.

"In our opinion, opportunities российско - the Ukrainian negotiation mechanism far aren't exhausted", - the special representative of the president of Russia on delimitation and demarcation of frontier of the Russian Federation with the adjacent states - participants of the CIS Alexander Golovin told in interview to "Interfax".

The way of the address to the International Court of Justice of the UN solved dispute between Ukraine and Romania on the section of a continental shelf in the Black Sea near the island Snake. In the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine didn't exclude that in the same way it would be possible to settle disagreements between Moscow and Kiev.

Golovin expressed opinion that Russia and Ukraine don't have need to solve similar disputes by appeals to the International Court of Justice. "There is a sense to work and further in the coordinated format", - he is sure.

The special representative of the Russian President reminded that between Ukraine and Russia is created and the special two-sided negotiation mechanism within which the question of delimitation in the Azov and Black seas, and also a perspective of use of the Strait of Kerch is discussed works.

"The last, 30-е meeting of delegations of Russia and Ukraine took place in Kiev on January 21-22, 2009. The following will pass in Moscow in June of this year", - he reported.
