Vakarchuk "will shake up" excellent students to solve a problem of grants

All higher educational institutions of Ukraine received money for payment of grants in full.

As reported the UNIAN in a press - service of the Ministry of Education, the Minister of Education and Science Ivan VAKARCHUK reported about it at a briefing in the Cabinet. He noted that in full financing for higher education institutions on payment of grants is provided today, and violations with its inappropriate use aren't present.

"All payments are carried out, all higher educational institutions received money, grants to students are paid", - the minister assured, having allowed possibility of a delay of payments in higher education institutions which cooperated with Nadra and Kiev banks. However, according to him "there also the situation is leveled".

According to I.VAKARChUKA, by results of check of the Ministry of Education, higher education institutions carry out payment of grants to students according to a GPA "4,0". At the same time he noted that by results of check heads of higher education institutions where the facts of violations connected with inappropriate use of money for payment of grants are recorded, or GPA overestimate, will bear personal responsibility.

The minister also informed on implementation by profile department of the analysis of a condition of payments of grants in higher education institutions pofakultetno for the purpose of establishment of objectivity of estimation of knowledge of students: "We simply want to analyse a condition of payment of grants, to compare humanitarian faculties with natural, technical to draw conclusions, for example, if there is a big group or a stream, and all have excellent estimates, this subject or isn't "saturated", or it is necessary to look for other reasons because the law of large numbers speaks: from hundred people there can't be hundred excellent students".
