The head of Public administration by affairs of the President Igor Tarasyuk considers inexpedient transfer of the International children's center "Artek" (Crimea) from the State administration as affairs in management of the Ministry of affairs of a family, youth and sports.
"Today the bases from the point of view of management of this object, ensuring its activity and replacement of governing body weren't. I don't consider that this expedient decision which brings "Artek" to any other state", - Tarasyuk told.
He noted that the State administration affairs for the present didn't solve, whether it will challenge the decision of the Cabinet on transfer of "Artek" in management of Minsemyi.
"Procedure of transfer is long, and we up to the end didn't make the decision on, whether we will challenge this decision or not", - Tarasyuk reported.
In his opinion, problems with Artek camp began with that moment when its financing was transferred from the State administration by affairs to Minsemyi.
He emphasized that when the State administration was engaged in affairs financing of the camp, no problems arose.
As it was reported, the President Victor Yushchenko signed adopted by the Verkhovna Rada on February 3 the law with which the parliament allocated from the state budget for 2009 in addition 60 million hryvnias for financing of the program of improvement and rest of children in "Artek" and the Ukrainian children's center "Young Guard" (Odessa).
On January 31 the Cabinet of Ministers transferred "Artek" from Public administration by affairs of the President to the sphere of management of Minsemyi.
