The president of Ukraine Victor YUSHCHENKO urges the parliamentary majority to carry on dialogue with other part of the Verkhovna Rada for adoption of important decisions for the country.
As the correspondent of the UNIAN reports, he told about it today in performance at meeting of Association of the cities and communities of Ukraine.
The president noticed that in parliament the coalition is created, the government and therefore if to look in general, no institutional crisis in the country is present is elected. Thus he asked: "Why then today speak about political crisis? ".
In his opinion, the answer to this question is that the parliamentary majority has no 226 voices of deputies.
"I understand a situation in parliament when at such schedule - when a half of fraction is bought, a half of fraction isn't bought when the majority such as the Constitution demands, doesn't exist, - it is impossible to carry out laws, and we need to accept those rules of the game which exist today in parliament", - V. Yushchenko told.
According to him, considering such situation, it is necessary to do everything to consolidate different parts of parliament. "We need to speak with each party which has to support either the coalition, or the majority which isn't present to carry out these or those laws", - V. Yushchenko told.
According to the President, it is possible to create the situational majority both with Party of Regions, and with other fractions to adopt the law necessary for Ukraine.
He noted that for finding of understanding in parliament the accurate plan of action on recovery from the crisis has to be created.
