The First Deputy head of the Secretariat of President Alexander Shlapak counts on renewal of cooperation of Ukraine with the International Monetary Fund at the end of February - the beginning of March.
He told about it at a briefing.
Shlapak hoped that this week consultations of the President Victor Yushchenko, the Cabinet and National bank on development of a joint position at negotiations with the IMF on further cooperation will take place.
He considers that if Ukraine will make an agreed decision and will agree on IMF requirements, cooperation will manage to be resumed.
"If we have answers at least on the majority of the questions raised by fund, and they are fair, that, obviously, we will already have opportunity at the beginning of the next week, and it is possible, until the end of this week to invite mission (IMF) for completion of revision of the memorandum in order that at the beginning of the next week to adopt necessary acts in parliament and to agree about receiving the following tranche", - Shlapak told.
Shlapak also considers that if not to revise the state budget for 2009, in Ukraine there will be this year the highest inflation over the last 10 years.
