The European Parliament deputy, the cochairman of Committee of parliamentary cooperation Adrian Severin (group of socialist parties, Romania) considers that the European Commission can help Ukraine within the help to the companies.
He declared it on a press - conferences following the results of Committee meeting, the correspondent reportsUNIAN in Brussels.
"Ukraine - one of strategic partners on our borders who has close economic relations with EU. And stability in Ukraine - also in interests of EU", - was told by the deputy.
He noted that EU, supporting the companies, shouldn't forget about their "daughters" in Ukraine, carrying out measures for protection of domestic market - not to forget about the relations with Ukraine, and also - to coordinate the budgetary policy.
"We can't lay Ukraine aside", - Severin told.
Earlier Severin addressed to European Commission with the offer to consider possibility of providing the financial help to Ukraine.
Before in European Commission also I addressed the Ukrainian prime minister - the minister Yulia Timoshenko who as a whole sent about 20 letters to the different countries with a request to grant to Ukraine the loan for budget stabilization.
In European Commission reported that have no other legal instruments of providing the help to the third countries, except the macrofinancial help which sizes are quite insignificant.
