During implementation of customs control of the motor ship which went fromNikolaevsea trade port to the Syrian port Tarmuz, customs officers revealed about 102 tons of not declared fuel. About it reports a press - service of the Public customs service of Ukraine.
The captain of a vessel, the citizen of Greece, didn't declare exact data on amount of fuel fuel oil onboard the motor ship. This application had to be submitted in specially established form. In documents the captain pointed amount of fuel fuel oil (which preliminary cost makes over 81 thousand UAH) to 101,7 tons less than the actual.
On this fact employeesNikolaevcustoms made the protocol on violation of customs rules on signs of article 340 of the Customs code of Ukraine "A non declaration of goods which move through customs border of Ukraine".
Due to the design features of the vessel, not declared fuel oil wasn't withdrawn and the vessel sailed to Syria, however the agency company provided to customs the letter of guarantee according to which it undertakes to execute the decision of the Ukrainian court on this case.
