The program, in particular, provides carrying out monitoring, sociological researches (for the purpose of timely identification of problems of national minorities and satisfaction of their ethnocultural, language and other requirements), opening is information - analytical and cultural - the educational centers of ethnic minorities at schools, the contents of "The friendship house", creation of "Library of friendship of the people" on the basis of regional universal scientific library of Gmyryov, carrying out days of national cultures (thematic meetings, concerts, exhibitions), and also attraction national - cultural societies to the organization and carrying out the "conventional" holidays (for example, the City Day), holding the Friendship festival, support of creative collectives of ethnic minorities, etc. Certain innovations - for example, the organization of work of the constant telephone line "Telephone hotline" for representatives of ethnic minorities are planned for a case of infringement of their rights and freedoms, creation a web - a site of national societies and issue of the newspaper of ethnic minorities of area also.
Elena Ivashko offered members of council that they discussed program points in the societies and till April 15 submitted the proposals in department of affairs of nationalities.
