According to Palamaryuk, everything has to be lawful: law enforcement agencies have to make investigation and find violation then he can be dismissed from a post.
So, after skirmishes in a hall where passed a press - conference, and crowd pressure, Pyotr Palamaryuk together with the governor of the Nikolaev area Nikolay Romanchuk and the head Goslesagentsva Valery Chernyakov came into a separate office where Palamaryuk, apparently, and wrote the letter of resignation. After that, to a porch at the building of management came the head Goslesagentstva Valery Chernyakov together with the coordinator of the Right Sector in Nikolaev Sergey Zaytsev and showed Pyotr Palamaryuk's statement. In response to it the crowd started applauding and shouting «Glory to Ukraine».
One of leaders of picketers reported that the letter of resignation of the head of the Nikolaev forestry will be sent to Goslesagenstvo after that law enforcement agencies will make investigation concerning its activity on a post.
