The national council on TV and radio broadcasting didn't react recently to domination of custom-made materials in telenews, submission of unbalanced information and plots which damage mental health of the nation.

I declared it in interview "To the German wave" director of Institute of mass information Victoria Syumar.

Especially dangerous she considers such tendencies on the eve of official start of election campaign.

"Meanwhile that information which is in the Ukrainian teleradio space, not engaged, objective and such which in interests of society", - I noted Syumar doesn't seem to me.

The director considers as THEM that such situation on media - the market won't allow voters to receive necessary information and to make a conscious choice during vote.

It is known that the day before, on April 8, head of the National Council of TV and radio broadcasting Vitaly Shevchenko declared intention to retire, without having explained the reasons of such step.

His deputy Igor Kurus who also declared the resignation later, assumed that his chief has no support from colleagues, and complained of insufficient financing of this regulator.
