In Vinnytsia region two prisoners from a corrective colony No. 81 near Strizhevk's settlement last week opened to themselves veins. The coordinator of Vinnytsia human rights group Dmitry Groysman reported about it, writes"Today".
"The first prisoner was beaten by the administration, to the second specified to lay down to have a rest there where gays usually settle down. Prisoners in protest cut veins", - Groysman noted.
As reports the edition, prisoners survived, by it made bandaging and imposed plaits, but transferred not to prison hospital as it is necessary, and in a punishment cell.
In Vinnytsia management concerning execution of punishments a case of opening of veins prisoners didn't disprove, but also didn't confirm. The person on duty of management reported to the edition that information for publication will be only on Monday.
