The journalist sent a query addressed to Anna Derkach in which asked to give information on a monthly salary and awards of the chief accountant of management then as he writes, active campaign with the purpose to get rid of this inquiry began.

I answered that in this situation it is already terrible nothing, - Andrey Lokhmatov told.
As a result he all - received a reply to the request in which Derkach specified only a figure of the salary of 1499 hryvnias, and a salary of the chief accountant–1551 hryvnias. About added upon a salary and awards of the chief of a city board of education and the chief accountant the official I refused to provide full information.
It is remarkable that the prosecutor of the city of Nikolaev Yury Paly stood up for Anna Derkach, having refused to bring her to administrative responsibility for concealment of public information according to article 212-3 of the Code of Ukraine about administrative offenses, and didn't begin to oblige to provide it information on charges of awards and salaries of Derkach and her chief accountant.
We will note that according to part 5 of article 6 of the Law of Ukraine «About access to public information» , access to information on the order by budgetary funds, including to copies of the relevant documents, conditions of receiving these means or property, a surname, names, middle names of natural persons and the name of legal entities who received these means or property can't be limited.
