The appeal to law enforcement agencies with a request to check legality of sale of a children's recreation camp of Schmidt on the Black Sea coast of the city of Ochakovo personally chairman of the Nikolaev RSA Vadim Merikov directed.

As it was reported earlier, the Nikolaev regional council, and then officials of the regional state administration illegally gave for privatization children's recreation camp worth nearly 1,5 million hryvnias of 1,2 hectares on the Black Sea coast of the city of Ochakovo.
According to Tsymbal, in June after Tatyana Lokatskaya and Pavel Kazaryan's address regarding privatization of camp Vadim Merikov I addressed to law enforcement agencies for verification of information: about understating of an assessment of object (allegedly 200 thousand UAH, - a bus), about change of purpose, privatization procedure violation, etc.
«The prosecutor's office has no function of public prosecutor's supervision (carrying out check) of authorities today, in this regard on all arriving addresses criminal proceedings which can be confirmed or disproved open. More detailed information will be provided with necessary documents and comments» tomorrow, - Tsymbal wrote.
