In Nikolaev in the cellar of an apartment house I broke through a water supply system–residents accuse housing and communal services of inaction.
On Friday, December 4, early in the morning in the cellar of the house located down the street Astronauts, 69 broke through a water pipe. The emergency service KP «caused by residentsNikolayevvodokanal» I arrived to a place, allegedly I blocked and I left, and water continues to arrive meanwhile.
About it in edition «Crime. Is NOT PRESENT» reported residents of the house.
- We since six mornings wait for the help, rang already both in department, and a water utility, the help isn't present! Water already costs practically at an entrance. We can make nothing, and city authorities too stay idle, - noted residents.
According to them, after a pipe rush they caused emergency service which on arrival allegedly blocked water supply to the house, however residents assure that all cellar and water is already flooded continues to arrive, threatening to flood an entrance.
As of 8:50 on a place of events there were representatives «Nikolayevvodokanal» , which decide what to do. Residents of the house complain meanwhile that sit since early morning without water, but municipal services do nothing.
At the moment employees of ZhKP «were connected to elimination of consequences of break of a pipeПівдень». In the comment to the correspondent of the edition «Crime. Is NOT PRESENT» , housing and communal services told that water at an entrance is blocked for the reason that it is necessary to replace the damaged pipe.
- We have in general a day off today. The chief of ZhEK called me. Now I follow welding. I arrived emergency, I wanted to hammer PSF, but there water stood meter on one and a half. I here from 7th morning, - told the employee of ZhKP.
As housing and communal services, a presumable cause of accident told–water supply under big pressure.
- It is impossible to Promonitorit each pipe. It was visible a rust. More than pressure of a distance is casual and broke through, - housing and communal services told.
According to employees of ZhKP «Південь» , accident will be liquidated within several hours. The crew works at a place from the mechanic, the welder and the electrician.
As it was reported earlier, in Nikolaev employees of ZhEK No. 11 since the beginning of a heating season, since October 12, didn't connect to giving of heat five-floor house No. 58 down the street Astronauts.
