The Nikolaev regional state administration intends to address to representatives of business in area soon to ask about providing the help at repair of roads in the current year.
I there was a speech about it during a meeting of coordination council on assistance of realization of a state policy in the sphere of road economy, repair and the maintenance of public highways» on Tuesday, January 12.
The chairman of the Nikolaev regional state administration Vadim Merikov noted that in March - May it will be necessary to carry out at least «insignificant» repair is expensive, having started talking thus about danger of closing of certain routes. It charged to the first deputy Nikolay Romanchuk to bring together in the shortest possible time representatives of business on meeting to inform them on the done works in 2015 and on plans for 2016, having asked them for the help.
- We have no options because there will pass the winter, roads will be in the worst state. And again - that repair work which are performed on the route N-11 today, it isn't enough of it because between New Bug and Bashtanka in principle not the travel is expensive. And in principle this direction will be subject to close there the road. If there are no means if we don't bring it into a state the travel card, - he declared.
Romanchuk reported that last year the RSA already did similar appeals to business, and in Nikolaev three enterprises–responded to their request for the help ports «Nickname - Tera» , Sea trade port and company «Nibulon».
The deputy of the mayor of Nikolaev Valentin Gaydarzhi who is present at a meeting specified that else help was given by the company «Ewer». Having continued, Romanchuk noted that business provided the essential help and at repair of the route N-11 «Nikolaev - Dnepropetrovsk». It is this time planned to suggest the enterprises to assume a certain site of the road and to repair it that it isn't simple to ask from them money.
In turn the People's Deputy of Ukraine Andrey Vadatursky who is present at a meeting suggested to be engaged in search of funds for repair of roads in the budget of area the current year. In his opinion, 15 million hryvnias allocated for these purposes are obviously not enough, and, having put in the budget a large sum, having shown interest in the solution of the existing problem with roads to areas, will achieve much more simply the help at the state level.
The public representatives who, actually, represent this coordination council, made the decision repeatedly to write appeals of rather current situation to all instances, however thus having a little toughened a form of their giving. In particular, in new addresses it will be specified about emergence of danger of closing of emergency routes in Nikolayevshchina.
We will remind, earlier it was reported how sections of the route on N-11 in Nikolayevshchina began to repair now only on credit, in spite of the fact that the President of Ukraine, according to the governor of the region Vadim Merikov, it was ready to support the region, and the Cabinet of Ministers was going to allocate 52 million hryvnias.
This promise wasn't kept in this connection on November 20 in New Bug people blocked the route, protesting against off road terrain and a divergence in the matter of local authorities. Protesters in particular demanded to dismiss both Merikov, and his protege around–head of RGA Sergei Ivanov. Thus they agreed to disperse on condition that in a week their requirements will be fulfilled, the concerning financings of repair work on the route. Merikov accused local landowners in that it they by the trucks broke the route» and that from it remained, and now they try to loosen a situation in the region and excite people.
