The chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Vladimir Litvin suggests to make changes to the planned schedule of the fifth session of parliament which opens on September 1, instead of to hold an emergency meeting on Friday, September 4.
He told about it on the Coordination board of leaders of fractions and chairmen of committees of parliament in response to the proposal of the leader of BYuT fraction Ivan Kirilenko on carrying out on September 4 an emergency meeting of BP.
V. Litvin considers that "will be as - that strangely to look" if the Verkhovna Rada, without having managed to begin yet session, will hold an emergency meeting.
He suggested to submit for consideration of parliament the draft of the resolution on change of the planned schedule of work of BP on 5-й sessions, having provided this week plenary session.
The chairman of BP noted that it is necessary to support such approach as otherwise "everything will be transferred to the political plane".
