"Let's work a little bit", - to the acting chief of Service of highways of Nikolayevshchina deputies of a regional council

The acting as the chief of Service of highways of the Nikolaev region Nikolay Shulga has appealed to deputies of a regional council to allow it to work at least three months, and then to ask. Reacting to such request, the deputy Tatyana Demchenko has suggested to resist to that reshuffling which happens in road branch of the region.

I there were a speech about it during the meeting of temporary control commission concerning control of efficiency of use of funds for repair of roads of the Nikolaev region on Tuesday, August 30.

- It is possible a small request for you: let's work, please, a little bit! There will pass three months–ask. You now here are, you help, I am very grateful to you, but let's work. The cabinet and that in three months of work for the first time reports on the feats. And at me now…I already the second time am at a meeting of your commission, here. and you demand from me work. I agree with you. I have to work, and I try to make something, but let's work. Today I only also am engaged in that: on board I prepare documents, on the commission, still some meeting. I have no time to pass as you offer me on these kilometers of the road and for everyone to report, - Shulga has declared.

The deputy of a regional council Vasily Zhosan has called Shulga «not to blow cheeks» , as in each area he has people who could report on him about it.

And Demchenko has suggested to be more active in a solution of the problem of shots in road branch.

- Nikolay Shulga can be understood. What has he worked here? Month. Dear, we have no confidence that even if we will do nothing and not to touch anybody for any places that something will become. With what prefix he works? Deputy–acting as. Today they и.о, and tomorrow the new person will come to his place and will tell: "deputies, let's me understand and work".I consider that in the minutes we need to raise one of points a question concerning the solution of a personnel question of the road sphere of area. In particular before RSA which has taken completely detached position–she doesn't interfere with this situation. Yes, she doesn't appoint the head of an oblavtodor and Service of highways, but at the same time she does nothing that people were not the deputy, and with powers,–the deputy considers.

It is known that there was some time ago information that in «Ukravtodor»  are going to dismiss Antoshchuk. Today he is on the sick-list, to fulfill his duties at first have tried to appoint dismissed from GP «Nikolaev oblavtodor» scandalous Andrey Zolotko, however, in a day the decision has been oddly changed.
