Let will report to people how he held this tender and why repair still hasn't begun if he guaranteed that he has held the auction lawfully?! - the people's deputy has noted. And the chairman of a regional council Victoria Moskalenko I would ask to explain why has so occurred after she has taken «under the control» holding procedures of purchases».
«About other tenders I in general am silent, they as weren't carried out, not carried out, besides that, Shulga promises all means «to master». But means don't need to be mastered (they are able to do it!), it is necessary to construct roads! It is enough to us to trust words, we waste time, the area has missed a season. And have already lost repair of sites N-11 at the allocated funds and all available opportunities how it isn't visible?!» - the people's deputy has added.
We will remind, according to the statement of the Minister of infrastructure Vladimir Omelyan, the tender for repair of the route N-11 «Nikolaev - Dnieper» the Donetsk firm «has wonAltk» . The sum offered by her–86 million hryvnias–the second was the smallest of the offered sums. But the cheapest repair was offered by state of emergency «P_vdendortekh» - 62 million hryvnias.
It became known later that «P_vdendortekh» has challenged results of the tender in AMKU, what has automatically stopped the procedure of signing of the contract for works between the GARDEN in the Nikolaev region and «Altk» also has threatened work on repair this year.
AMKU the decision has rejected the complaint to the tender for repair of the route «Nikolaev - Dnieper» , but I have appealed to NABU and GPU about additional checks. According to the People's Deputy Vadatursky at the time of consideration of the complaint in Committee final protocols haven't been signed, members tender committee have refused to go for violation of the law. Instead of them Shulga has provided to AMKU excerpt from the nonexistent protocol.
As it was reported, Nikolay Shulga–adviser to the acting as chapter «Ukravtodor Evgenia Baraja, has been appointed in Service of highways of the Nikolaev region on the eve of carrying out this tender. Today «Altk» have brought to N-11 within work on operation of the road on the contract at «Nikolaev of an oblavtodor» , where too recently has been appointed new chief–Vyacheslav Shulichenko.
From more than 600 million funds for repair of roads accumulated from different sources in the Nikolaev region today only 8% are mastered - about 53 million hryvnias.
