Mass poisoning of pupils in the table Kremenchug gymnasium No. 6, happened in September, 2009, forced regional officials to look for new forms of the organization of school food.
In the Poltava regional state administration decided to change approaches to food in school cafeterias. Feeding of children by semi-finished products and sausage from doubtful suppliers will be forbidden. It is headed for cooking only from natural products.
Plans of the regional power in this direction were published by the deputy governor of Poltavshchina Nadezhda Myakushko. In particular, plan in YEAH, dairy products in schools of area specially certain producers of dairy products will deliver. It is recommended to buy meat production only from local farmers that on a table to school students sausages and sausage with soy didn't get. Local authorities will define also suppliers of vegetables. Practically all production for school cafeterias will be bought in Poltavshchina.
It is planned that changes in the organization of school food will come into force in 2010.
