The remains of the German soldier found in the Nikolaev area, will rebury in Kirovograd

Today, on September 29, departure of journalists and archeologists to Sebino's village of the Nikolaev area where the company of young people from Nikolaev, walking on vicinities took place, found remains of the buried German soldier. Having told the staff of the Sebinsky Executive Committee of the City Soviet of People's Deputies about a historical find and without having got permissions to continue to investigate further this the territory, the group of nikolayevets didn't despair and addressed in the museum podpolno - guerrilla movement of a name of Lyagin in Nikolaev.

Sergey Bereznoy, the employee of the museum, the senior scientific editor of the working group of the regional interdepartmental commission of the immortalized victims of wars and political repressions, left on a place and found bones of the soldier of Wehrmacht buried in 1944 - together with the victim his personal counter was dug.

- Judging by a counter, the serviceman was a machine gunner. The remains of a machine-gun tape and set of the sleeves buried near the unknown soldier testify to it, - Ivan Snytko, the senior research associate of the state inspectorate for protection of monuments of culture in the Nikolaev area tells.

It is known that about the dam constructed in Sebino, there were fights. Our armies came from the East of the river of Dry Elanets, and the German machine gunner remained to cover withdrawal of the of the colleagues. Thus, it was killed and buried on the Ukrainian earth.

Today, after detection of its remains, there was an opportunity to rebury the German soldier on a cemetery near Kirovograd where there is a memorial cemetery of the German soldiers.

Last year New Bug, Bashtanka, Snigirevka of the Nikolaev area were found in the regional centers remains more than 3 thousand German soldiers which were buried in 1941-1944.

Sergey Bereznoy shared historic facts and reported that for the last 8 years remains of 100 thousand German soldiers were found in Ukraine.

In the Nikolaev area in October it is planned to take the buried remains on four objects.
