This week, on January 14, the meeting of directors of the basic centers of employment of the Nikolaev area took place. At meeting there were considered results of activity of a regional employment service for 2008, and also the questions concerning the organization of work of the centers of employment in the conditions of an aggravation of a situation on a labor market. The reports before the present were made by the director of the regional center of employment Nikolay Vorona, deputy directors and chiefs of departments of the regional center of employment.
During meeting such important questions, as written and oral addresses of citizens were raised also. It was noted that for the sake of elimination of the reasons of emergence of complaints directors of the centers of employment need to control personally receipts of addresses and to provide timely objective consideration of statements, complaints and offers. Carrying out meeting was prolonged after selector meeting which held the first deputy director of the State center of employment N. Zinkevich.
The deputy director put important tasks in connection with coming into effect of the Law of Ukraine. "About modification of some laws of Ukraine concerning reduction of influence of world financial crisis by the sphere of employment of the population" which significantly changes stereotypes concerning receiving the status of the unemployed and the help with unemployment, expands base of payers of contributions, changes the sizes of contributions to Fund of obligatory state social insurance to an unemployment case, and also strengthens possibilities of preservation of domestic labor and so forth.
Nikolay Vorona noted need of expeditious and high-quality performance of objectives, especially what concern urgent studying in the centers of employment of this Law, expeditious change of administrative decisions and carrying out large-scale is information - explanatory work on the taken effect legislative changes.
