The world champion in a super heavyweight according to WBC Vitaly Klitschko appealed to Sports arbitration court in Lausanne.
The Ukrainian doesn't agree with the solution of WBC according to which it has to carry out two obligatory protection of the title in a row.
The first obligatory fight with Cuban Juan Carlos Gómez will take place on March 21, and in case of Klitschko's victory - the senior has to come to a ring against the former champion - Oleg Maskayev - within four months.
Klitschko's representatives insist that between obligatory protection has to pass not less than a year, and they shouldn't go in a row.
The Ukrainian declared that would prefer to carry out a duel with David Heyem or Carlos Areloa, reports Reuters.
