The Cabinet of Ministers gave to SBU documents on gas without fight

The cabinet provided to Security service of Ukraine documents which concern a customs clearance disputable between the Rosukrenergo company and National joint stock company "Neftegaz of Ukraine" of 11 billion cubic meters of gas and are necessary within investigation of criminal case upon a taking officials of "Neftegaz" of 6,3 billion cubic meters of transit gas.

About it journalists were told by the chairman of SBU Valentyn Nalyvaichenko.

"Yes, that that was necessary - was provided", - Nalivaychenko told.

He also reported that on March 17 will visit the Verkhovna Rada for providing information on this question.

As it was reported, before SBU asked Cabinet of Ministers to provide concerning customs clearances of disputable 11 billion cubic meters of gas on "Neftegaz" documents.

The public customs service carried out customs registration of 11 billion cubic meters of gas concerning which there was a dispute between "Rosukrenergo" and "Neftegaz", addressed to "Neftegaz".

On March 4 the SBU carried out at "Neftegaz" office withdrawal of documents within investigation of criminal case upon a taking officials of the company of 6,3 billion cubic meters of transit gas, and on March 5 the SBU couldn't carry out investigative actions at "Ukrtransgaz" office.
