The member of BYuT fraction Svyatoslav Oliynyk appealed to the public prosecutor to check possible participation of the deputy head of the Kiev gorgosadministration Evgeny Chervonenko in poisoning of the candidate for president Victor Yushchenko in 2004.
In the address the deputy reminds well-known incidents with Chervonenko's participation, when that used physical force or intimidated other people.
Such facts, according to Oliynyk, "indicate his tendency to criminal behavior and commission of violent actions against the person".
The deputy reminds that during presidential campaign of 2004 Chervonenko was the head of bodyguard of the candidate for president Victor Yushchenko and accompanied it that evening when, according to the main version of the investigation, the present president was poisoned.
In this regard "it is impossible to exclude Chervonenko's possible participation in attempt at Yushchenko's life", Oliynyk is convinced. Thus he notes that "till today's time this crime isn't solved".
The deputy asks the public prosecutor "to consider expediency within investigation of criminal case upon poisoning of the candidate for president Yushchenko to check quickly - an investigative way possible participation in Chervonenko's crime".
"As person who was in a constant direct environment of the victim, and, according to facts of common knowledge of his biography, is predisposed to commission of violent crimes of different severity", - the deputy explains.
The deputy sent the corresponding address also to the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
It is known that Oliynyk is included into so-called group of the member of BYuT Andrey Portnov. Chervonenko sharply scarified Portnov in the last interview.
