Rada created at once two commissions on Lutsenko. Total – three

The Verkhovna Rada created two temporary commissions of inquiry on questions of investigation of incident with participation of the Minister of Internal Affairs Yury Lutsenko in the airport of Frankfurt am Main (Germany).

214 deputies voted for adoption of the draft of the resolution 4483 at minimum necessary 150 and 205 deputies voted for adoption of the draft of the resolution 4495.

The parliament included in structure of the first commission 9 deputies from different fractions. The deputy of Rada Roman Zabzalyuk (Yulia Tymoshenko Bloc fraction) is elected the chairman, the vice-chairman - Leonid Kozhara (fraction of Party of Regions).

9 deputies, but its chairman - the representative of PR Nestor Shufrich, and the deputy - Zabzalyuk also are a part of the second commission.

Term of activity of both commissions 3 months.

Before vote for creation of the commissions the chairman of the parliament Vladimir Litvin addressed to deputies with the offer not to support any of the corresponding projects as in Rada already there is a commission which is engaged in investigation of circumstances of incident between Lutsenko and the mayor of Kiev Leonid Chernovetsky.

The speaker suggested deputies to charge to already existing commission to investigate also incident at the airport that in Rada there were no three commissions investigating activity of Lutsenko.

As it was reported, on May 18 the Cabinet discharged Lutsenko of fulfillment of duties of the Minister of Internal Affairs before completion of office investigation of incident with its participation.

According to messages of the German mass media, on May 4 the police detained Lutsenko in a condition of strong alcoholic intoxication after fight with police at the airport of Frankfurt am Main.

On May 12 Lutsenko falsely resigned from - for this incident.
