Lutsenko asks banks to get video cameras

The Minister of Internal Affairs Yury Lutsenko will insist that all financial institutions which serve citizens, were provided with means of video surveillance.

He told about it, making comments on explosions in "Oshchadbank" office in Melitopol, reports a press - service Ministry of Internal Affairs.

Lutsenko reported that staff of criminal investigation department of the Zaporozhye militia detained the suspect of commission of explosions in "Oshchadbank" branch in Melitopol.

According to preliminary data, 20 - the summer malefactor who last year was accused by militia of commission of hooligan actions with explosive use, intended to rob this banking institution.

According to the detainee, for robbery commission he chose branch of bank which, in his opinion, is least protected from such attacks.

Lutsenko emphasized that one of the reasons which induces criminals to commission of such crimes, it is attempt of heads of banking institutions "to save on security measures".

He also reported that all employees of militia who directly solved this crime, will be recommended for the state or departmental decorations.
