The appellate court of Kiev cancelled the resolution on initiation of legal proceedings concerning the former vice-chairman of SBU Tiberiya Durdints.
The deputy head of SBU Nikolay Gerasimenko told about it in interview to journalists, reports the UNIAN.
At the same time he noted that criminal case against Durdints isn't closed today.
"I know one that it (Durdinets) appealed to court the court cancelled the resolution on initiation of legal proceedings", - Gerasimenko told.
According to its data, the Appellate court of the capital cancelled the decision of Shevchenkovsky district court on initiation of legal proceedings and directed this business on new consideration in the same Shevchenkovsky court of Kiev.
At present, according to Gerasimenko, investigative actions concerning Durdints aren't carried out.
At the same time the deputy head of SBU emphasized that doesn't know where now there is Durdinets.
It is known that the State Office of Public Prosecutor brought against Durdints criminal case under article 382 of the Criminal code (judgment non-execution).
On May 11 the Pechersky regional court of Kiev granted permission for Durdints's arrest because it doesn't execute the decision District админсуда court about recognition illegal appointment it to a position of the vice-chairman of SBU.
On May 19 Durdinets, according to the resolution of the Prosecutor General's Office and the decision of Pechersky regional court of Kiev, was put on the international wanted list.
On June 4 the president Victor Yushchenko dismissed Durdints from a position of the deputy head of Security service of Ukraine - the chief of Head department on fight against corruption and SBU organized crime.
