Lutsenko: To deal with the communist who threw a microphone, it will be difficult

The militia finds out circumstances of incident between the deputy from Communist Party Alexander Tkachenko and the journalist of STB.

It was declared by the Minister of Internal Affairs Yury Lutsenko, report the Ukrainian news.

"The statement is. We understand... We have 10 days to make the decision, for this purpose it is necessary to interrogate witnesses, to look at all situation as a whole", - the minister told.

Thus he noted that to find out circumstances will be difficult as the parliament is protected by the State protection and militias it will be quite difficult to carry out even a statement inspection.

"We find out how to react to it. There will be or is brought a criminal case, or there will be a refusal in initiation of legal proceedings", - Lutsenko told.

Together with it he emphasized that if will be refused initiation of proceedings, the journalist will have a right to appeal to court concerning an insult.

It is known that during interview in Tkachenko's parliament I pulled out a microphone at the journalist of STB.
