The Odessa deputy Markov already don't accuse of anything

The Prosecutor General's Office of Ukraine cancelled the resolution on involvement of the Homeland party leader Igor Markov as accused on criminal case about beating of protesters, the deputy of the Odessa City Council, the chairman of the Odessa city organization of Rodina party Valentin Dubovenko declared with reference to an anonymous source in the State Office of Public Prosecutor. I reported a press about it - Rodina party service, transfers Reporter news agency.

Dubovenko noted: "It to me in a personal meeting was declared by the representative of the State Office of Public Prosecutor, the investigator who directly was engaged in identification of procedural violations in the matter of this "slaughter".

It showed the document there is written that initiation of legal proceedings concerning personally Igor Markov is cancelled as in it there is no structure of a crime from its party".

Besides, according to the deputy, the employee of the Nikolaev prosecutor's office who has taken out the resolution on involvement of Markov as accused, was reprimanded with entering in a private matter.

Dubovenko also emphasized that charges are dismissed from Markov not on local, and at the state level - "it not backward level when "worked out" questions and closed against it business. It is the State Office of Public Prosecutor closed business".
